This authentic, intricate, huayruro seed bead necklace was carefully and skillfully hand-made by the Shipibo-Conibo living in the Amazon rainforest creating a beautifully unique statement. The name of the seed comes from the name of the Huayruro plant, Ormosia sp., that grows in the Amazon rainforest.

Due to its handmade nature, the necklace ranges in length from 18.5 to 21 inches. Bead width is approximately 0.25 inches. There is a slight variation in bead color used for the loop and seed closure - some being white, orange and or black.

Due to the Huayruro seed's delicate properties please avoid exposure to water.
